Magabe is an experienced corporate and commercial strategist with over 15 years delivering corporate and business strategies, market share and revenue growth, and Financial and InvestmentOptimization for Tanzania and international companies including most recently Anheuser-Busch InBev and Tanzania Breweries PLC as Director: Commercial Strategies and High End (Global Brands) Company, East Africa.
He holds MSc Economics from Saint Cloud State University, Minnesota USA.
As social Enterprise Director, Mr. Maasa is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing social enterprise strategies based on organization goals and objectives with the main goal to support organization sustainability and accelerate growth, coordinateperiodic market research and analysis, development of business plans for commercial opportunities and provide overall leadership of T-MARC SE team on the product sales and distribution.
