Mr. Ngole joined T-MARC in September 2017 as Social Enterprise Director, overseeing the newly established Social Enterprise Unit. Mr. Ngole’s strong commercial background is essential to leading T-MARC’s diversification and sustainability efforts. He is an excellent problem solver who is open to innovation and not afraid to challenge existing structures.
He has an established track record in commercially-driven environments. He is experienced in sales, trade marketing, brand management and general management. In addition, he is driven by a strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to find actionable solutions.
Prior to joining T-MARC, Mr. Ngole worked with Tanzania Breweries as the Trade Marketing Manager for East Africa, overseeing Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda and responsible for developing and implementing all trade marketing actions.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing – University of Dar es salaam (2006) and a Certificate in Digital Marketing (2016) from Edu-Pristine
